As an employee of Western Tractor you will have an opportunity to work in an area that is considered to be one of the most diverse in all of Canada. We grow many types of crops such as corn, mint, potatoes, sugar beets, beans, lentils, vegetables, dill, wheat, cereal grains and forage crops. We are also home to “feedlot alley”, one of, if not the largest, livestock areas in Canada.

Southern Alberta also offers a great place to live and raise a family. Within the communities of our four locations we have two colleges, one university, and two Western Junior Hockey League franchises. We are a short distance to winter snow skiing and there are many other sports venues in our area including some world class fly fishing. We are situated within two hours of an international airport, the Rocky Mountains, one hour from two World Heritage sites, and the United States border.
