We value people & community

There’s a reason we all love coming to work every day—and it starts with our people. From programs that celebrate a job well done to activities for the whole family and team outings that bring out the competition, we believe the perks of working hard is that you can play hard too!

FAMILY & FUN

All work and no play makes us crabby and dull! Western Tractor creates opportunities for fun, and engagement during your work day and opportunities for family participation!

Communities we work and live in

Southern Alberta provides an excellent environment for both residence and family upbringing. Spanning our four locations, we boast two colleges, a university, two regional airports, and two franchises in the Western Junior Hockey League. The region is in proximity to winter snow skiing, featuring various sports venues, including world-class fly fishing. Positioned within a two-hour drive are an international airport, the Rocky Mountains, two World Heritage sites within an hour, and the United States border. Our mild climate ensures the warmest winters on the prairies, while the irrigation district supports diverse farming, ranching, and recreational activities.
